Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the website or an authorized service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

2. Purpose of the service

Solarion Defense develops identity, authorization, runtime assurance, revocation, evidence, and control-plane technologies for autonomous systems. Public materials may describe capabilities that are implemented, under development, planned, configurable, or dependent on customer infrastructure. Public descriptions do not constitute a certification, accreditation, security authorization, procurement commitment, or guarantee of fitness for a particular regulated environment.

3. Authorized access

Controlled-access areas are restricted to authorized users. You must use only accounts, credentials, devices, roles, APIs, and environments that you are permitted to use. Access may be logged, monitored, restricted, suspended, or revoked for security, operational, contractual, or legal reasons.

4. Account and credential security

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your authorized account. You must promptly report suspected credential compromise or unauthorized access. You may not share credentials, bypass access controls, impersonate another user, or attempt to obtain privileges that have not been assigned to you.

5. Prohibited conduct

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:

• probe, scan, penetrate, exploit, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the website, platform, APIs, or supporting infrastructure;
• circumvent authentication, role-based access controls, policy enforcement, rate limits, revocation controls, or other security mechanisms;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or systematically extract protected platform components except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• introduce malware, malicious code, unauthorized automation, or deceptive requests;
• use the service to violate law, third-party rights, sanctions, export requirements, or contractual restrictions; or
• represent a demonstration, pilot, research result, score, decision, or platform output as an independent certification or government authorization.

6. Sensitive and controlled information

The public website, public contact form, and ordinary public email channels are not approved for classified information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled technical data, credentials, secrets, production cryptographic keys, or sensitive mission information. Such data may be handled only where an approved deployment, security architecture, contractual framework, and authorized communications channel explicitly permit it.

7. Intellectual property

The website, software, architecture, documentation, designs, interfaces, text, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and other materials are owned by Solarion or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service as expressly permitted by these Terms or a separate written agreement.

8. Trademarks

Solarion Defense™, Solarion AI™, Compute Passport™, and associated names, marks, logos, and product identifiers are proprietary brand assets. Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, certification, endorsement, government affiliation, or partnership without written authorization.

9. Evaluation, pilot, and research environments

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, demonstration, evaluation, pilot, prototype, and research environments are provided for assessment and controlled testing. They should not be used as the sole control for safety-critical, mission-critical, financial, regulated, or production decisions. Customers are responsible for independent validation, architecture review, security testing, change control, and authorization appropriate to their intended deployment.

10. Outputs and automated decisions

Authorization decisions, policy outcomes, evidence records, attestations, reports, and other outputs depend on the configuration, source data, identities, policies, integrations, and deployment controls provided to the system. Customers remain responsible for determining whether outputs are appropriate for operational reliance and for maintaining any required human oversight, approvals, appeals, escalation, and safety mechanisms.

11. Third-party services

The service may interoperate with third-party identity providers, cloud services, security tools, APIs, or other systems. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Solarion is not responsible for third-party services outside the scope of an applicable written agreement.

12. Availability and changes

We may modify public content, features, interfaces, demonstration environments, or technical requirements. Maintenance, security events, dependency failures, or operational conditions may affect availability. Service levels, support commitments, change-management requirements, and recovery objectives apply only where expressly stated in a written agreement.

13. No government endorsement

References to defense, government, banking, critical infrastructure, regulatory frameworks, security standards, or public-sector use cases describe design objectives, control mappings, or potential deployment contexts. They do not imply endorsement, certification, accreditation, sponsorship, or authorization by any government, regulator, financial institution, standards body, or defense organization.

14. Disclaimer

Except as expressly provided in a signed written agreement, the public website and any evaluation or demonstration service are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solarion disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and except where a signed written agreement provides otherwise, Solarion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the public website or evaluation services.

16. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, customers, evidence integrity, infrastructure, or legal interests; to address suspected misuse; or to comply with contractual or legal requirements. Security-related restrictions may be applied without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably required.

17. Governing framework

These public Terms are subject to applicable law. Customer-specific governing law, venue, procurement clauses, security schedules, data-processing terms, and dispute provisions are established in the applicable written agreement and take precedence over this public section where inconsistent.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service, legal requirements, or operating practices change. The effective date displayed on this page identifies the current public version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
